I always take my vehicle to Hiley. Adrian was assigned to assist me. When I would call, I was given the same speech every time as if he was reading from a script, “The mechanic has your keys now. He has a lot on his plate. I will get back to you as soon as I know something, etc.” Train staff to shoot straight. This is why women have a chip on their shoulder. This tells us absolutely nothing about the status of the vehicle. We need measurable data. For example, there are 8 cars in front of yours, now there are 5 cars, etc. I know places are short staffed. I know it may take longer than I would like (5 days to tell me nothing was wrong). I am a grown woman. I can handle it. Please shoot straight with me. Don’t make me sit through 10 minutes of empty words. I appreciate the car wash when I have my car serviced there but this time Adrian said they didn’t wash it because I had a chip on my windshield. They did rotate my tires as part of the oil change so that was nice. Also, the message for Adrian’s voicemail says he will call me back at his soonest convenience, which may very well be true, but you may want to reconsider the word choice.
