Bruce Lowrie Chevrolet
Dealership Service Review
I have mixed feelings about this place. Six months ago I bought a used car from Bruce Lowrie. Less than 2 months later the car started over heating....$220 dollars in repairs and another $200 for a rental car for a week. This was fixed at a different chevy dealership but still it cost me money I shouldn't have paid for only having the car less than 2 months. Fast forward another 2 months, another issue, cam shaft cover and some other issues had to be repaired. So again I'm out of pocket another $250 in repairs, $110 towing, $150 rental fees. This time I went to Bruce Lowrie where my service advisor acted as if I was wasting his time and he didn't want to help. I was beyond frustrated. Now here we are another 2 months later and AGAIN the check engine light is back on. I went back to Bruce Lowrie because it was the same code anyone of the codes that came on the last time. Chris my service advisor did all he could to help me, because I refuse to put more money into this car. Including the lost wages the last time I had a repair done and the two repair expenses I already spent $1000 out of pocket on top of my down payment and that dosen't include the payments I already made to this piece of crap car. The service center basically told me sorry but it's going to cost you for diagnostic and repairs. I am beyond livid, frustrated, and disappointed that I have spent so much of my hard earned money to be treated like the only thing that is important to them is my money. You would think a good business would see that the car they sold me is a problem and do what they can to help or make the situation right.
