Poe Toyota

Where do I begin? Purchased a new Toyota and received it with a dirty and scratched interior. Asked for it to be detailed since it's new and still on the lot and all I got was an exterior wash. Even had 2 paint spots on the leather. Prior to even getting the car the company annoyed me but I'll skip that part. After filing the paperwork for plates and registration I signed and was told it would be mailed to me because I live in another state. After more than a month and near the temp expiration I checked on the status and found out they had my plates almost the entire time but decided not to send them or even call me. The rep then annotated on their paperwork that they called and I agreed to pick them up. A lie. not even a missed call in my phone log. So my friend picked them up for me and has to send them to me. I'm a regular Toyota customer. Never again.
