I contacted Emilio in August and he kept in contact but patiently waited for me to find a vehicle necessary. He was helpful and I was able to shop on my terms. The website was very helpful as I was able to see the vehicles on the lot. All the times I visited Brown Dodge I was treated well and many people helped me when Emilio was with other customers. I like the fact that Brown Dodge was a dealership which was linked to USAA's car search.
