Our car buying experience began with a phone call with Herb late in the evening. He happily took our call, eventhough his shift was ending. He answered our questions regarding the vehicle of interest and stated that he would call us in the morning with additional details. He did as promised and was flexible with my busy schedule. I arrived a few hours later than I intended, at which time he was busy with another customer. He was quick to greet us and pass us off to Steve, rather than make us wait for him. Steve was very engaging and personable, asking important questions to coordinate the purchase of our son's first vehicle. Steve didn't miss a detail and we never felt pressured to make the purchase. As a bonus, he shared details of his children's college choices because we are in the midst of touring colleges ourselves. Overall, our experience was outstanding. I strongly recommend the Denton AuntoNation location and sales staff to any of our family and friends. We will return for our next vehicle purchase.
