I have to say that in my 40 some years of purchasing I have never had a dealer go so far above expectations. Being in Big Bend we contacted a few dealers around the area most got back to us with what they had. When we told them what we wanted they tried to provide it but after the first contact not many other contacts. Then came Ram Country Trucks of Del Rio and Eduardo. Got a hold of us and said they could trade with another dealer for a truck that would meet our needs. We were driving past Del Rio and stopped to talk, The truck we talked about had been sold, thought we would not hear from them again. Next morning they called said they had another one and after talking to us thought it fit better. So through texts, email and phone calls we got a truck. We were working through MLK weekend but they helped us with the finance folks so we could have them deliver the truck to us on a holiday. What dealer will deliver a truck 5 hours and trust us to provide the money. Great job Eduardo and Oscar, we will do business with you again no matter how far we will have to travel
