Del Rio Ford Lincoln

At the time I purchased the vehicle, I was told I could refund my extended warranty at any time. Six months later, I go in to the dealership to refund the warranty. I fill out a form and advised it will take 6 to 8 weeks. 8 weeks go by and no refund check yet. I contacted the dealership numerous times and they give me the run around. It's called bad business to lie. A giant corporation should be able to keep its word and not each your money like a bad gumball machine...
