Dealership Sales Review
Went there looking for a Sienna as it was closedt to my house. The Salesman did not have the slightest idea what features the Sienna had. Did not know about the rear-seat radio controls and many other features. I would have agreed to a higher price if I knew about these features. Did not know the basic details of the vehicle to compare it to the competition. Guys, selling cars well is a profession, be professional! Study your vehicles! Study the competetion! The Sienna was damaged in prep on the bumper but during the final "sign here, you accept the vehicle" session, the person showing me the van did not point out the damage! It was obvious to me by her body language (before and after I pointed out the damage) she knew it was there. What kind of dealership tries to pass this along to the customer? I would have had respect for them if I got a call telling me about the problem and how they were going to take care of it. Now, I don't trust them and will never go back.
