Customer Service is lacking

onI just bought a Toyota 4 Runner here. The experience was pleasant and the salesman paid attention to what I was looking for in a new vehicle. The after sale treatment, however, deserves only one star. When buying a car here go to the service area and see first hand, the VOLUME of people waiting for their vehicles - sooner or later you will be among the masses; For me, it was the very next day. Oh, and don't expect the same treatment you got when buying the vehicle, you become nothing but a number. When I addressed this with the GM, I received a condescending email.
