The low key/no pressure sales was a pleasure. I called to verify availability of a vehicle I saw online and the sales person (A.K.) was very accommodating. He checked to make sure the vehicle was on their lot and still available and we made an appointment for the next day. A.K. texted me the next day to verify our appointment and when I stated we were going to be early he was accepting. When we pulled into the dealership the vehicle we were interested was already pulled up front. We entered the dealership and when A.K. greeted us, he handed us the keys and said take a look and I'll meet you in the showroom when you have finished. We talked numbers first and once all was agreed we did a test drive and finished the paperwork with no pressure. A.K. never pressured us to "buy now". A.K. did everything he could to make us comfortable with making our decision. A.K. even brought his manager to meet us and again he was not pressuring us in any way! That was a delight! This was the BEST Auto buying experience my husband and I have ever had!!! Thank you A.K. and OttoSource for our beautiful (new to us) 2018 GMC Terrain Denali. We Love It!!!
