Luigi was my salesman and was very attentive to scheduling a test drive. He communicated via text message which was beneficial. Unfortunately, the truck was in rough shape (hail damage, smoke damage, interior water damage, visible accident damage, ect...) and Ottosource would not negotiate on the price because their software gives them a price based on the mileage for that truck .
