Ryan was my sales associate that guided me through the process of buying my vehicle. He was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions appropriately and effectively and i never got a sense that he would try to “salesman” the deal. His manager gave me time to accurately asses my options and presented them with absolute clarity and i was very appreciative. (My apologies, i forgot his name.) then the gentleman in the finance office professionally catered to what i would need and was able to close the deal on the vehicle plus gap and an extended warranty. All of which are necessary in my opinion. Then Ryan delivered the vehicle and explained to me certain features that i had forgotten about and would not have remembered on my own.
