We had a terrible experience at this location a little over a year ago. Waited five hours to have our tires and wheels exchanged. Prior to that, we waited four hours for an oil change. We had an appointment for both of these services, was not a drop in. I vowed at that time to never return to this dealership. Due to circumstances beyond my control, I had to come back for a tire replacement. I will say I was beyond pleased with the service I received! We were walk in clients, and your team had us back on the road in about 2 hours. I am more than happy to update my review to five stars, because that is what I received. Five star service! Charles was my service manager and he went above and beyond to make sure I was informed in every step of the way about my service. The waiting area, which used to be outdated and dirty has been upgraded and updated. We will definitely be back!
