Dealership Service Review
I had tried for months to get a recall done on my car. First I was told that the parts were coming from Dallas so I could go there to have it done. (7 hours away). I made an appointment in early to mid December and was told the parts would come in Dec 23rd. I had to ask if I could take my car back until the parts came in. No one even looked at my car in the 2 days it was there nor did they call me and I called several times during those two days. I got a ride back over there and was given an update on ETA for the parts of January 16th. I finally got a call on January 12th that the party was in and to call the advisor back to make another appointment. I called 6 times and left messages and never heard back. I went back and FINALLY got an appointment to do the recall. When it was done, they called and said that I also needed a new serpentine belt, which they would’ve seen had they looked at my car originally. The belt would take a week to come in. By this time, I couldn’t trust that it would only be a week. They also told me a needed a new belt tensioner yet did not show me a damaged or broken one that would cost over $500. I told them to put it back together and give me my car. They told me it would be done in 2 hours which, of course, it wasn’t. I had to call again to see if it was done. I am just beyond unhappy with the service department.
