Worst customer service I’ve ever had to deal with

onI had a 9:00 appointment for a service engine light that came on. I was told that since I did have an appointment that it wouldn’t take long. I tried contacting the service department several times and finally got someone to answer my phone call around 4:30pm. I was informed that they would have to order the part that my vehicle needed and it would be in on Thursday. I called Saturday to find out that status of my vehicle. I could not get anyone to answer the phone and when I did get an answer, I was told that Josh would get back with me and he did not. I continued to get the run around with him and that’s only when he decided to return my call.
