Worked with my warranty and provided good advice

onWent in for warranty repair on my side mirrors. My service advisor, Mark C, looked up my extended warranty and called LDS to confirm coverage. This was excellent! They answered my questions regarding my GDI car and its preventative maintenance needs as honestly as possible. As a result, I did get the GDI flush and this cost some money, but very likely I avoided a costly engine replacement in the future. I would highly recommend their service as they did accommodate my needs on short notice, answered my questions, and provided a shuttle to give me a ride home and back while my car was being worked on.

Transmission Issue on 07/06/2023
Now, at 40k miles, it seems like I'm having transmission issues. My car won't reverse on cold start now! My warranty is still good until 2025, but I don't know if Hyundai will take care of me or if they will try to blame me. Will post again once I know.
