Dealership Service Review
I have ongoing issues with this service department ever since they stopped selling Genesis. I bought a Genesis from them 5 years ago and had a great experience back then, however they discontinued selling them lass than 2 years later and since then, service has been a nightmare! My most recent experience makes me never want to go back there again! I schedule routine service and oil change and also had an issue for them to look at (otherwise I would have gone elsewhere for the oil change). I also asked if they could to my vehicle inspection because it is due this month. I was told yes and to tell the service advisor and bring my proof of insurance when I brought the car in t drop it off. When I brought the car in, I handed the proof of insurance to the advisor and reminded him that I needed an inspection. The car was there for over 6 hours and when I went to pick it up the inspection had not been done and the oil change cost me over $200!! The proof of insurance that I had left on the passenger's seat (as instructed by the service advisor that checked me in) was in the glove box so someone did see it, they just failed to complete the inspection. It was almost closing time when the car was ready and no one was left to do the inspection! I will never return there for service!
