onI loved how Jimmy was very understanding, listened to my wants and needs, and he was very detailed in what things were being suggested/recommended for. I’m a visual person, so the simple fact of him highlighting points on paper was really helpful for me. On the other hand, not sure what the service people did but my car has a scratch by the air filter and it’s also missing a retainer rivet/clip. 5 stars for Jimmy but not satisfied with the service crew.
