Alicia was the service rep. We have done service with Auto Nation frequently as of late. The A.N. Ford is always my favorite location. She is very helpful in getting the vehicles in and out. Keeping me informed during the process of repair to picking up and dropping off. It's always a pleasure doing business at that location. Between her at service and Toni at parts with the team they have working on the vehicles. Is why it will be my first stop when I need a vehicle serviced.
