onI guess I'm spoiled and think I'm special. I brought in my car (by appointment having confirmed the parts were in stock) at 8am on Wednesday and by Friday at 4pm it was still in the que for service. This location has like 20 service bays. I guess they'll "get around to it" when they feel like it. It seems we need a "Bill of Rights" like the airlines are subject to and a sign proclaiming anW Excellent in Service Award just doesn't seem to mean what it used to.
