Car service not professional at all

ontook the car in the morning, I understand they take the whole day day to service it, but they gave me the car at 5 pm and close the door literately in my face because they need it to leave, I wanted to check the car and ask questions and they did not care, they just left. well my car oil life sensor wasn't reset, the tires sensor wasn't reset and the car was vacuum as they promised. Also when I bough the car they promised they will detailed and I have asked numerous time and they never can do it, it is always an excuse, the guy who sold me the car is not there anymore, so I guess Im dead in the water
