We recently bought a used expedition max from here. After a couple weeks of driving we noticed a few things wrong. So we took it in for the repairs needed. Sales department gave us a brand new vehicle for a loaner. Service department was great with communication on the issues and informing us on any updates needed. It was overall a good experience from buying a vehicle all the way to needing to get the service work done on it!
