Recall and warrenty work

onI was told after waiting 2 months for part to come in on recall it would take a week!! Well a month and three days later we have our truck back. It also needed warrenty work for front end so that took a week of the time! The main problem was the lack of customer service, zero calls giving me updates, left several message and had to start calling mangers in sales to get any help!! Promises made by sales and service not kept! Sad part is we have purchased 9 new vehicles from this dealership but NEVER again!! Customer service needs major help!!
