Your service advisor I would offer a 5 star rating, however, the dealship, Ford Auto Nation would rate a 1 star rating. I bought a vehicle in 2017, along with an extended warranty which was sold to me not beig represented correctly. I was told the warranty covered the vehicle bumper to bumper, with a deductible. I took the vehicle in shortly after purchase, 6 months perhaps, for an oil leak on the engine. I was then told that there would be charge for the mechanics time and materials for troubleshooting. What happened to bumper to bumper coverage? After going back and forth with service manager, the dealership covered it. They found no issues. Turns out the oil leak was from a bad a/c compressor, discovered by my vehicle mechanic. Replaced a/c system using extended warranty at my mechanics business. Long story short, I will not ever use your dealerships services or buy another vehicle there. The only reason I took the vehicle in was because of a recall and an oil change due to me. Residual oil from the oil change dripped onto my driveway, again showing poor performance on the dealership once again. Your new service advisor was very good, 5 star, but does not change my mind about your dealership.
