Dealership Service Review
The service staff is courteous. I arrived on time for appointment and waited there while the work was done. I suggest bringing a book to read. When I received my new key fob back, I was told they were done programming it and it now worked. I completed my paperwork and left. When I tried to turn on my car, I discovered it did not. I couldn't start the car, put the alarm on, etc. I let them know immediately and they reprogrammed it again. After waiting again, I then received a working key fob back and was told my car needed to return for 3 recalls, and the service associate thought the recalls would be covered by warranty, but he would call me back and let me know. He later called me back and asked if I could remind him why he was supposed to call me back.... I laughed, and scheduledid an appointment for the recalls. I said I thought all recalls should be covered by the the manufacturer, and he said thought they would be. Hopefully when I drop the car off next time, I will get a definite answer! You need to be prepared to be patient when you come here. I gave them a rating of 4 instead of three because they were polite....
