Traverse Troubles

onI dropped off my Traverse due to a stutter. I was warned that it would take up to 3 weeks to get it back, not because it was 3 weeks worth of work, but simply because of the system used to see cars. I mentioned that it would be difficult for me to be without a car for that long and offered to bring it back when it was my turn and was told “we don’t do that”. I also waited for over an hour and a half for a shuttle to take me home and ended up having to find another ride. Furthermore, I had to call to receive updates and was not kept in the loop. The overall experience was not good at all.
