I highly recommend this dealership!! I'm an Alice native and went to the Chevrolet dealership and I wasn't pleased at all with their customer service. They don't return calls and they don't even attempt to make a deal with you. The car salesman that I spoke to you was very unprofessional and made a rude comment. That's when I called AutoNation Chevrolet the next day and they got the ball rolling for me! Everyone is helpful and friendly!! They are willing to work with you and to make a great deal with you to purchase a vehicle. Nieves Cerda III was my car salesman. I called him on a Thursday morning and just over the phone he was very informative on the vehicle I was looking into. I went to go visit him Saturday afternoon and he had everything lined up for me. I was able to test drive a Tahoe and once I got back to the lot, we started discussing deals. Nieves and his manager took their time to make a great offer on the new 2015 Tahoe. My family and I left very happy and please with the service all the way around! Nieves took the time to explain all the features of the vehicle.
