onThis has been the absolute worst experience. I took my 2025 Equinox for its first Oil Change. My keys were misplaced by Anna. I got the run around for a month! I finally got my New Key, and when asked if I could get possibly another few oilcloth chance as compensation. I was told no, That she has already replaced my key and ordered me a new key fob cover! VERY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
