Not a good experience, employees need to learn customer service

Made an appointment online for 1p to have my oil changed and tires rotated and balanced. Arrive to GMC service dept. and the guy at the desk tells me that he cannot help me because he is going to lunch at 1p. He then asks if i booked online and i said yes, he then tells me that the online booking will book when the employees are at lunch leaving nobody to help customers. Sorry but there should always be someone there to help customers, and when you have a customer, you don't tell them that you can't help them because you are going to lunch! Then he asks if i will be waiting or need a shuttle ride, i said i would be waiting, he then laughs and says the wait will be 2.5-3 hrs because there are about 20 tickets in front of me. He asked if i would like to reschedule for another time. I told him no, i can't come back another time just because he doesn't want to do his job, he chuckled. He said he would call the other side (Chevrolet) and see if they had someone that could help me. No one answered his call, so then he said i will walk with you over there. We walked to the Chevy side and the first guy he saw at the desk he asked him what time do you go to lunch, the guy replied he didn't know. He then told another guy that he had a customer with an appointment at 1 and there was no one to get them checked in and if he could do it. The guy responded if you have a customer, then why are you not helping the customer? The guy then tells him nevermind i will help the customer. The guy on the Chevy side was nice and professional. It did take about 2 hrs for the oil change and tire rotation, but the cost was $200 which is pretty expensive...$122 for labor is ridiculous. I don't plan to return after this experience, but i would hope that they speak to their employees about customer service.
