Two plus months waiting for a repair to be completed.

onAlthough it was beyond the dealerships control for the back ordered part to come in, customer service needs much improvement. We were never offered and loner vehicle, never told how we could contact GMC, and most importantly, rarely if ever contacted by anyone from the service department during the 2+ months my car was held there. If I received any information on the status it was because I called to inquire and still the answer was vague and unsure.
