AutoNation Buick GMC Corpus Christi
Dealership Service Review
I brought in my Yukon for servicing. I like to think I’m a reasonable person. I never got a call that my vehicle would be kept over night. I called that same day and was told “your service advisor is gone for the day” as if beycase he was gone no one could help me. I asked for a call back and never got one so my vehicle stayed the night. The next morning I called back and the same woman answered the phone. Claiming my service advisor was not in. I said ok so is he the only one who can help me? She said I’ll get you someone but they are all helping their clients so you will have to wait until the are done. I am not anyone’s specific client. I am a client of Autonation and not a very happy one given this asinine response. I was very upset and was then handed over to Vic. Who got my vehicle ready and finished up. My compliant is I did not like this nature that certain advisors only help certain clients. They system might work well until it doesn’t and you’re in my situation and they tell you they can’t help you because your service advisor is out. This creates a lazy attitude or a not my problem attitude. Vic was great and I will seek him out next time. Your dealership is only as good as your service department because that’s where your clients will see more. I’ve traded vehicles in because I didn’t like the service department and won’t purchase another vehicle from a dealership if their service department sucks. Let’s hope my next interaction is not the same!
