Rude and unprofessional

No one offered any assistance once requested they , handed us they keys and walked off, even at drop off of the vehicle no one approached us at all, when some one finally did it was rude and uninformative. It is most certainly their loss as we had financing in place and had researched the vehicle , the test drive was just to make sure we wanted it, which we do, however we prefer to drive a little further to a dealerships that can answer a few questions and be " bothered" by customers who are spending over 20,000 . Am truly disgusted at the way this place conducts business. The Internet sales team has also sent me generic emails and when I did finally recieve a price quote it was for the Wrong vehicle with the listed information for the vehicle I wanted , the other dealership I went to looked up the vin number and it was a completey different car but there were trying to present it as the car I wanted.

Dealer Response
While we try to satisfy 100% of our customers all the time, unfortunately, this customer emailed a quote request, but failed to fill in the required fields, so an automated response was triggered, and by the time we sent out another response, she decided to come in, and the sales person she requested, was getting gas, for another customer, and so one of the other sales people was assisting her, and even the general manager, went and pulled the vehicle up, let them test drive, and on her return, she went to the operator to return the keys, and was agitated, because her sales person was not back from getting gas, so i stepped in and told her, she was just around the corner and would be right with them. She refused service at this point, and said she would go to another dealer, and that was pretty much it. I think her frustration was because she didn't get the response from an email she had sent out for a quote, but as i stated, the fields were left blank, so in order to give a proper quote, additional information was needed, but she was here, and could not respond to our request.
