Dealership Sales Review
The experience was great buying the car. Once we bought the car they just let us fall through the cracks. 1) we bought the car and needed the trim and tint put on the vehicle. They scheduled a date a time for us to come back but we live 40 minutes away from the dealership. I called to see if I could bring it in earlier the following week and there was so much miss communication that they ended up sending someone out to our home to pick up the car and have all this done. 2) our registration sticker and plates came in and the 7th and no one notified us. We got a copy Of the receipt in the mail but not plates or sticker, on the 19th and I called and they said we’d have to drive out there AGAIN to pick them up or they can ship it to us that will take another week! We bought this car on Martin Luther king day and still have terrible communication problems with this dealership. It’s like once they knew we had the money ready to spend is when we got the best treatment and now it’s like ok we have your money no need to help as much anymore. No one communicates at that location and I’m just tired of these problems and I hope this is the end of them. Please caution yourself when buying from the dealership. Make sure to ask very detailed questions and ask for names and contact phone numbers.
