Dealership Sales Review
I bought a new Tacoma from Family Toyota of Burleson about six months ago. The truck is great, like all the other Toyotas I have owned over the years. The dealership, however, has disappointed. They are a fairly new dealership and are having problems solving even small problems. Although I bought the truck by myself and gave them all my correct contact info they have continued to send emails and even calls to my wife instead of me. Even XM radio was given the wrong contact info by them. This has resulted in me missing info sent by them. Today I left the Tacoma for a minor issue and gave the service agent MY cell number and sure enough they left a message on her cell phone. So I missed the contact for several hours and was greatly inconvenienced. I have discussed this with Family numerous times and always got the apology and the promise it will be fixed. This has gone on for six months. I find it hard to believe a dealership is so inept they cannot solve a small problem like this and it makes me wonder what would happen if I had a real problem. Ive owned a lot of Toyotas and never found another dealer that had such poor service and customer care.
