Family Toyota Burleson
Dealership Sales Review
**Overall** a pleasant experience while shopping at Family Toyota in Burleson, even though we could not come to terms on a car, I would definitely add this dealership to your list of places to visit. Just don't get tricked into thinking that the old sales games aren't still active. To wit: when I arrived they asked for my keys so they could "move" my truck. Then, whenever I wanted to get in my own vehicle, I had to ask for my keys. When we got to making an offer, I was asked to sign next to an "X" on a random piece of paper...as if I was somehow obligated to buy the car by signing a nothing piece of paper. Nex, the sales manager told me "that car arrived last night, and will be sold tomorrow" when I had already looked up on Edmunds that the truck had been on the lot for 9 days. All subtle stuff that makes you feel pressured to buy, and pretty standard fare. Just a bit amusing when they point to their "wall of words" that are supposed to reflect how they value and treat customers. Oh...the other funny thing was how I was told they lose money on the $1100 customer protection package that they add to ALL vehicles. Really? You consciously run your business that way - to lose money?!? Or are you telling me this to generate sympathy so that I won't ask you to take that off the purchase price? C'mon. I may have been born at night...but not LAST night.
