Dealership Sales Review
These reviews are paid and I wouldn't believe anything positive you read. This dealership is completely crooked and incompetent. I had $2500 left on my trade in and they still have yet to pay my credit union for the vehicle they have had for a month now. The first time, they sent it to the wrong bank. The second time, they put the WRONG name on the check. My bank called me and let me know. So, I called the dealership to let them know. I spoke with Danielle in accounting. I honestly cannot even believe this woman has a job. I tried to explain the situation to her and she hung up the phone on me. She then calls me back and says, "Let's try this again." I thought she accidentally disconnected the call, but she admitted to actually hanging up the phone on me for not letting her speak first! I can't even make this kind of stuff up. She then goes on to place blame on the sales people saying "how was she supposed to know the name, etc. etc." I told her all I wanted to know was when they were going to mail the payment out correctly. She goes on to say that I will need to send in a copy of my driver's license and she isn't sure and if she wasn't wasting her time on the phone with me, then she would've been talking to my bank instead. Her manager, Nicole, was conveniently in a meeting, so I'm still waiting on a call back. In the mean time, I spoke with Rosario, also in accounting, and she was much nicer! Like a night and day difference in customer service. However, I would still NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone. They are a headache to deal with, they drag their feet, and they are EXTREMELY incompetent.
