I worked out a deal with the salesman before stepping foot in the dealership. They did not have the vehicle in stock that we wanted, so they found one at another dealership & traded for the one we wanted. The only thing I would have done differently is to ask them to have all of the paperwork ready to sign. It took us a little under three hours to sign paperwork & go through the car with the salesman. The last two cars we have purchased have been negotiated online. We ended buying both cars for less or almost the same price as what used were going for. All in all, we are happy with our purchase and the follow up service from the salesman has been great too!
