From my personal experience, I can not recommend this dealership. My potential transaction was on a used vehicle. They had secured financing and offered a lower-than-expected trade offer. The salesperson was fine to work with, she tried to disclose any visual blemishes before I visited the dealership. The manager on duty was a poor spot on the transaction. No flexibility, very one-sided on his approach to the transaction, no wiggle room, no budging. I eventually left simply because the dealership wouldn't commit to repairing a "service suspension" light that was discovered. I found a newer car at the same price with lower miles and had a much better experience elsewhere. I will say that if I was the guy buying the 2021 GMC Denali Duramax I'm sure my experience would have been much better.
