Big Star Buick GMC

We drove 40 miles to see a specific car because the deal they had online for it was awesome. It was well worth the drive. This dealership is spectacular!! They had the car ready to see as soon as we arrived, which doesn't happen a lot of the time at other dealerships. Our sales man, Mark, was very knowledgeable and spoke to us like a normal person and not like "Hi, I'm here to sell you something". While on our test drive they took our trade-in to be assessed which was a nice use our our time. Of course the car was just as nice as they said it was. Mark asked us what we wanted in the deal and then went to work on it. The finance manager came over to present the deal; which I felt he bent over backwards to make the deal we needed. He sent his financial guy to work on getting us the lowest financing possible. And boy did he deliver! We have great credit, but even for great credit the APR was low! We ended up leaving with a lower monthly payment than we asked for. The whole process was perfect! Even other sales people went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. We love our new car! I highly recommend Baytown Buick and GMC to anyone! (their old name is Casa, which was changed after being bought out and also a new location)
