Big Star Buick GMC

We had a fantastic experience with the team at Big Star in Baytown. First off, my Salesperson, Manny, was on top of it right when I arrived. We looked at a lot of clean AT4’s and even when I made a few requests for upgrade packages he went above and beyond to show me vehicles that would meet my what I wanted! The entire team was polite and engaged in the experience and extremely supportive including other sales members that had no “skin in the sale”. From Dexter to Jose, to Miki with the finance team it was truly one of the best car buying experiences I have been a part of! Kudos to the entire team and thank you Manny! Chris
