My sales consultant was Milton Martinez. I reached out to him early in the week to get a Carfax on a used vehicle. I completely forgot about coming in because I was tied up with work all week. He did not blow up my phone but followed up every other day. I finally came in that Saturday since I was off and he had the vehicle ready for me to look at. He was very courteous and friendly and made me feel at ease! I also met with the GM and the manager Gabriel Miranda. I had a budget in mind and I was coming from multiple dealers since I had been in the market for about a month—many of which I had horrible experiences. Milton and Gabriel completely changed my perspective of a dealer. They tried to work with me on the numbers to try to earn my business. They were transparent about the numbers and did not pressure me to commit or sign anything until I was comfortable with my decision. I cannot say enough good things about these 2 gentlemen.
