Bad company representation

Online price was not accepted when I went to test drive and gave a proposal. A different price was given and when the person came to my wife and me to talk about it, he came with a hostile attitude. I felt disrespected and belittled when he said the dealership did not have a truck for me. He didnt give me a chance to explain my reasons or even cared to hear them. I was in shock as much as my wife from his attitude. I have purchased a vehicle before and I was satisfied with the personnel who helped previously and I would recommend this dealership to friends and family or whoever asked about my truck but after yesterday I wont recommend any further and I wont deal with that person.
