Volvo Cars of Austin

We worked with Emmett Vick and he was magnificent. Extremely knowledgeable about Volvo in general and down to car specifics. And he seemed willing to work with us as long as needed, with no rush. He walked us through the control panel, which does not have a strong rating in Consumer Reports, but with his explanation and demo, both my wife and I felt it was a good interface (and other competing models seemed clunky and/or included too many buttons). Initially, Volvo was not on our list of cars to drive, but it was near some of the other dealerships, so we stopped in. We were glad we did, and we both commented that Emmett was one of the reasons Volvo rose to the top of our list (which included Infiniti, Porsche, BMW, Audi, Lincoln, and Lexus).
