Volvo Cars of Austin

I bought a Volvo S40 - certified pre-owned - well before TWILIGHT made C30's and S40s cool again!:) Sales process was so-so. Lots of formulaic back and forth between the sales rep and the manager. After getting my car, I'm not 100% satisfied that it was in pristine condition that all certified Volvo's are supposed to be. Missing mats, blown bulbs. All of that was taken care of eventually under warranty but the car was delivered to me "lacking." Once I worked out a deal with the sales rep, I waited 1.5 hours to see the Financing guy who offered me a very bad loan rate. I had to counter with some advertised rates from other banks and credit unions. I guess the lesson there is to go in pre-qualified with your own bank/CU. Two weeks after I bought the car, I called back to find that my sales rep was no longer with the company. I never received a follow-up call, or any call thanking me for my purchase.
