Only came for maintance

onBooked an appointment for routine 30,000 k mile and after picking up my vehicle found scratches on the drivers side door. Not just small ones they appeared to be purposeful from some type of circular motion. I complained to the rep and he said he would follow up with his boss the next day. I’m very disappointed that this occurred as I never have issues with vehicles at a dealership. So far no resolution has come of this.
