onI brought my new Telluride in for an annoying little rattle in the headliner after easily scheduling an appointment on line. Jonathan Talley was very courteous and patient in checking me in and seeing that I had a ride home. The service crew fixed the problem expeditiously and I was updated with their progress. I couldn’t be happier with the customer service I experienced from Jonathan and the Kia of South Austin Service department.
