All of Kia is Struggling
Written by 05/21/2022
onA week to diagnose a simple airbag light. The multi-billion $ class action lawsuits against Kia have all dealerships struggling. I just finished a complete engine replacement at a different dealership and have now worked with 4 in the last 6 months to to moving. I will never buy another Kia and the dealerships helped cement that feeling. I feel for all Kia dealerships given the brand reliability problems, but this dealer system’s did not help: “commit $1,000 and then we will tell you when the part could arrive”. No thank you; I took my business to Firestone.
