AutoNation USA Austin

I purchased a Buick Encore from Victor at Auto Nation Austin. Everyone was super nice and Victor was very helpful in all ways. Took forever we sat for 5 hrs were told by someone else they were inspecting it, wash, etc. Two days later got a call from Victor and the inspection hadn't been done & registration was not complete!! What??? Got that taken care with us taking it to a local inspection dealer. We only received 1 key and are in the process of trying to get another one. You always get 2 keys when you buy a car. Right? I feel sure they will make it right.So just a a couple of bumps but the car is awesome & I love it!!
