Took too long!!!

First, allow me to say that our overall satisfaction with the car is excellent. The time it took to complete the transaction was where the problem came in. I told our sales guy, T, that I needed to be out of there in 2 hours and supplied what was needed re: pre approvals, etc. Yet, we did not walk out until 4 hours later. That negative experience was over come by the positive customer service experienced during the delivery process.
