Team is still alive at Vandergriff Acura

First time to Vandergriff Acura due to a lot of problems at Churchill with Sales and Service, and found my old Advisor Kim working there. This Man know his stuff, He always takes great care of the customers. After talking a short time , Jeff Carter walks up and introduces himself as the Internet Sales Manager and is there anything I needed coffee soda , free appraisal on my car , while I was here. WELL let me tell you , Jeff Carter is one of the best I have meet in 60 years . We talked we walked and I ended up with a 2015 MDX for my wife. Took the MDX home Jeff Called that night and the following day to make sure all was good . I told him Great , but he knew the MDX was not for me and insisted on talking to my wife . After they talk she said I have to go tomorrow Jeff wants to see me. He wanted to make sure SHE could work and fully understand the MDX. She even said Great Job on his following up. . The other Dealership that Lost Kimmie (KIM) Hamilton sorry for your loss but what a TEAM at Vandergriff Service Needs Call for Kim FOR Sales JEFF CARTER all the way WHAT A TEAM

We also purchased a MDX from Jeff Carter in Sept 2014. We had some early issues with service on the vehicle and were had become frustrated with the dealership, but were thrilled to learn that Kimmie had joined the Vandergriff Service team! My husband had worked with him for YEARS on his three previous Acuras over at Churchill so this was such a relief for us that a trusted advisor was in place to take care of us going forward. Then last week I found out Kimmie is no longer at Vandergriff. No one is saying where he is or why he left. If only they had seen the validity this guy brought to their Service Team!
